Return and Exchange Policy
At Rosskart.in, we strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to provide a return or exchange option under the Rosskart Flexi Policy (Client needs to pay 10% of the product extra at the time of order, minimum ₹300. If the client doesn’t like the product, it can be returned. Flexi and shipping charges are non-refundable).
Eligibility
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• For Returns / Refunds / Damage Claims: Proper unboxing video of the parcel is a must for claim. Before opening the packet, it must be shown with tracking ID and details, and then it should be opened and mentioned (all should be captured in unboxing video).
Return Process

3. Return Shipping: We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions on how to proceed.
Exchange Process
1. Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer support team via 7797540404 to initiate the exchange process.
2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and desired exchange product.
3. Exchange Shipping: We'll ship the exchanged product once we receive the original product if it’s our fault. If it’s the client's decision, then the client needs to pay the same again.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 48 hrs of receiving the returned product under Rosskart Flexi Policy only.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
• Certain products may be non-returnable or have specific return conditions.
