REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are Processed. If your order status is processed then it cannot be cancelled in
that case.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Only First Copy Shoes Comes in boxes (No original Boxes & accessories). As these are copies and does not
come with boxes, we arrange boxes from other sources.
Dispatch is done within 48hrs, courier details are shared and final delivery in 5-7 days.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
 You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (15 days not including 2-3 day processing)
 Replacement if shoes does not fits you and you have received size what you have ordered. (Subjected to size
availability)
 You receive the wrong size other than you ordered. (Replacement Available)
 Any Replacement/Issue to be reported same day of delivery.
 We will arrange pickup if feasible else you need to send the shoes back to us on your own within 24
hours of delivery and provide Courier slip.
 You Receive a defective/damaged product (Must have Parcel Opening Video for replacement)
 No Returns or Refunds on 2nd copy shoes. Please do not ask except damage (Parcel opening video
required)
 2 nd  Copies buy at your own Risk (We only guarantee you will get same as shown on website, there can be
minor differences as these are local made shoes)
 No warranty and guarantee.
 No refund & exchange if do not like the shoe as all shoes has videos on website.
We do not issue the refund/return if:
 No Unboxing Video for the product received.
 Not reported Same day delivery
 Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or
Courier Delays)
 your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed due to Courier
Services).
 No  Returns/Refunds on watches and gadgets

Important Note (Please read Carefully):
�� No exchange No Return No Refund on dislike basis. We always provide best quality in Market, but every custome
taste n preference is different.

�� 360-degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clea
in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel.
�� In case of Return by courier due to any reason, Reshipping fees needs to be paid, no refund in any case, so giv
proper address n contact number, also track your parcels
��If tracking is shared, please be little responsive to track it, report within 7 days if Product not received. N
complaints will be entertained after that.
�� Slightly colour vary or light-dark due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings can be there.
��Due to heavy dispatch sometimes tracking may get delayed but it is always dispatched on time.
